Direct Primary Care (DPC) is an innovative alternative payment model improving access to high functioning healthcare with a simple, flat, affordable membership fee. No third party billing. We do not take insurance but we do take Health Savings Accounts (HSA). You may use your insurance for pharmaceutical medications.
All Members get unlimited appointments, support, discounted supplements, unlimited sauna:
$200 Enrollment Fee
Individual - $199 per Month
*$50 additional fee for any member under 1 years of age
Family Medicine
2 Family Members - $249 per Month
3 Family Members - $279 per Month
4 Family Members - $299 per Month
Each Additional Family Member: +$20/month
Sports Physicals $99 (1 appointment maximum per year)
One-off Well Women's Exam appointments available - $500 (1 appointment maximum per year)
One-off appointments available - $250 (3 appointment maximum per year)

Joanie Jackson, RN, BSN, MSN, FNP-C is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 17 years of experience and a passion for patient-centered care. A proud graduate of the University of South Carolina Upstate (BS in Nursing) and South University (MS in Nursing), Joanie brings a dynamic blend of clinical expertise and compassionate care to our family-owned holistic medical clinic.
With extensive experience in cardiac telemetry, progressive care, and Neurosurgical ICU, Joanie has honed her skills in some of the most challenging areas of nursing. After earning her Master's degree, she transitioned to a Nurse Practitioner role, where she has excelled for over four years in post-acute care rehab and long-term care settings.
Joanie's approach to healthcare is holistic, providing patients with both natural and pharmaceutical options tailored to their needs. Her dedication to offering comprehensive care ensures that each patient receives the best possible treatment and support.
A native of Fort Mill, Joanie met her husband, Stephen, in high school, and they have been happily married for 17 years. Together, they have two wonderful children, ages 14 and 12. Outside of work, Joanie loves to travel, especially enjoying quick trips to the beach, and is an avid college football fan, cheering on the Gamecocks with enthusiasm.
